To recover deleted files on your SureDesk:
- Open Computer in the Start Menu.
- Go to the U: drive and right click on the folder you want to recover the file from.
- Select Restore previous versions.
- Open the version of the folder you want and Restore to replace current version of the folder on your desktop or Copy to make a copy of the older version of the folder.
