Sunday night, August 9th from 7pm to 9pm our engineers will be performing scheduled maintenance work on elements of our SureDesk™ Network Infrastructure as part of our ongoing efforts to increase the capacity and redundancy of the services we provide.

Although redundant systems are in place throughout our network we will be working on a number of key components which means that, during this time, redundancy will be reduced. While we do not anticipate any loss of service during this work we do want to inform you that there is a slight possibility that some services will be unavailable during this time.

Any such loss of service will be short lived and there is no risk of any loss of data as a result of this work.
